My research is about the quality and quantity of water in the Alta Guajira where the Wayuu indigenous people live, unfortunately in this beautiful desert ecosystem, live children who become seriously ill and where many have died because the water is not suitable for human consumption. I chose my theme thanks to the inspiration of my mother's work in the Colombian Environmental Movement Foundation, in which I am a volunteer. The foundation works for the most vulnerable people and for ecosystem protection in various Departments of Colombia.
